WORKOUTS

The schedule will be four 45 minute classes and one Yoga session from Monday to Sunday. Each class will drop on the day.

For the sessions you will need two dumbbells and a mat. All levels of fitness welcome, Modified exercises will be shown.

The classes are hard but worth it, we start with a warm up and end on a cool down. Each day will differ slightly to allow us to work the whole body through the week.
